WEverb days 27 - 28

December 27: grow [What did you, as an individual, let go of to further the greater good this year?]

Hmm...that's a tough one. I guess I would have to say that I let go of what I had planned for the school year. I had all these great ideas of what to do with the kids, and I had to let go of them and refocus my attention on what was best, not cute.

December 28: hope [What made you feel powerful in 2012?]

I feel powerful and accomplished whenever someone listens and hears what I have to say. Sometimes I feel like a broken record, especially as an educator, but it always gives me a great feeling when someone gets what I am saying!

today is my little brother's birthday!

 He's 12 now!!!
{which is almost as old as I was when he was born}
